Community Advisory Group Membership

The Community Advisory Group (C.A.G.) shall consist of a maximum of twelve (12) members representing the citizens of Lake Township. The C.A.G. also utilizes advisory, technical and legal personnel. Members meet the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM and have additional meetings if necessary. Subcommittee meetings are scheduled as needed.

Residents of Lake Township are eligible for membership. In order to serve on this group an applicant must submit a written application and proof of residency.

Current members include:

President, Dan Clay
Mr. Clay is Vice President of Sales with a family owned business. He is a lifetime resident of Uniontown.

Vice President, Roy Leckonby, Ph.D.
Currently, a Manager of Research and Development Dr. Leckonby has twenty-five years experience as an industrial chemist. He and his family have made their home in Uniontown since 1992.

Secretary, Mike Pearch
Mike Pearch is the Director, Production and Inventory Management for a Cleveland manufacturer. Mr. Pearch has lived in Uniontown since 1980.

Spokesman, John Ondick
John Ondick was a Vice President in the banking industry prior to his retirement. Mr. Ondick has lived in Lake Township since 1974.

John Birk
John Birk is a retired Electrical Engineer with thirty-eight years in defense systems engineering. Mr. Birk has lived in Uniontown for sixty-four years starting in 1934.

Jonathan Fleming
Mr. Fleming is an Assistant Professor of Architecture and Environmental Design at a local university with five years of experience. He has lived in Uniontown four years and is also on the Lake Township Zoning Commission.

Tom Roberts
Mr. Roberts is a retired Engineering Technician in instrumentation. He has lived in Lake Township for nine years.

Patricia Schorr
Mrs. Schorr is a high school teacher. She and her husband have raised their three children in Uniontown. She has resided only one-half mile from the I.E.L. since 1981.

Ted Walls
Ted is a retired photo-journalist with over forty-five years in the field. Mr. Walls has been a resident of the Uniontown area for over fifty years.
